There is a family life of banker also, too much pressure in workplaces for employees due to stress most of the time employees have serious health issues, like heart problems , blood pressure, sugar etc.
Banker came early in the morning when customers sleeping ,given services to people who needs.they tolerate customers bad behaviour and calm them by resolving thier anguish, not so easy at times customers are annoying and disturbing.
Sadly to say Favouritism and liking Disliking play a important part here in banks like everywhere else ,employees who works hard for the years give there 100% rarely appreciated or rewarded and those who have good source or PR and liking of bosses gets all things.
Feeling very embarrassed about the banks management they always give targets which are not realistic.
Pressurised the employees to achieve those targets, late sitting is a routine in banking sector they say "there is a time for coming but no time for leaving"
Employees are human being also, they have families and their social life, this thing ruined the life, needs to be addressed.
On the other hand, salaries and perks given to employees are not sufficient in these difficult Times where everything is going out of reach, purchasing power is lowest in recent times, similarly when employees sits late no overtime or compensation for them.
Hopefully, management of banks consider those problems and resolved.
After all, Life in banking sector is difficult day by day.
